Bring the flame wars on...

all i wanted to say was that I thought Bush did a better than usual job speaking this afternoon. As we all know, he is most made fun of for his speaking abilities. He is not as savvy as bill clinton was, that's for sure. however, tonight, I felt he did an outstanding job. Mainly because of the very conservative points he made. With that said, its noteworthy that most all of the things that the liberals had said Bush would fail on, in his state of the union address, he proved them completely wrong. Economy is still on the rise and is on an amazing uphill run. Libia has given the U.S. all of their needed information for U.S. to help them out after they saw how Irag was handled. Those are just to name a couple.

your turn. it'd be nice for someone to put their biases away for a second and commend him for the outstanding things he has done, and has proven in his state of the union address. after the conference, it was announced that many people had turned to be in favor of Bush. Many people had left the Howard Dean campaign cause he's kinda a pyscho.

in any case, go ahead. i know im pretty much the only bush supporter in this forum, but please refrain from making any statements on his country grammar, cause it holds no significance to the job of president as a whole. but i know some of you will anyways. have fun.

I must admit. His speech was in fact decent.

Elaborate on the Dean psycho babble please.[even if he is a weak bastard]

While I am a strong supporter of his attempts to "look to the stars" again. Much like an attempt to appear as a visionary like Kennedy did. I'm apprehensive about this. With the lack of proper funding Bush appears set to put as further in the hole. That's my primary fear. With having no money already, why would someone order up something that's going to cost A LOT more as well?

Everything that he has been doing, everything he's said has been simply political. As such I hold everything with a grain of salt. How can someone take what he says so seriously. Like the immigration laws he hopes to ammend, you can't seriously tell me he isn't digging for votes from the hispanic/latino communities. I don't much think that ammendment will fly over too well either.

I hate to say it however, I felt the democratic response was better. They covered a range of topics including the economy, health care and my gosh, the "no child is left behind" legislation that Bush neglected to even cover. What about the kids? I'm no Democrat but by goodness, they seemed to put up better statements than Bush had.

[I'd rather not see Kerry run as well.. he's a fucktard. And will NEVER get the presidency. Look how many tries he's had before.. haha.]

Heh, is it true that Bush said something about ending the "Patriot Act" and everyone started applauding when he didn't really expect that? I heard that happened although I wasn't able to watch. That damn patriot act pisses me off big time.

i know that it seems like bush is doing the biz, but it`s all instant gratification.

the economy is up,for now,but what happens later.
i don`t have the facts and figures but didn`t bush put a rather harsh tax/sanctions on the use of forigen steel/ iron. which at the time was really good news for the US steel industry.
untill the rest of the world got supper sucked off with it, which forced him to drop them with the threat of sanctions on the US because it was unfair on the rest of the world.
and guess what shit aint so good for the people living in these steel producing areas now, i`ll go and read up on this now for the details, but siiick where is the list of good things he has done???????
